Joining the American economy of small business owners. Demi balances her creativity with a full work load. Demi, alongside our other principal owner Haley, share their love for design mixed with a passion for helping those in need led to the creation of Meadowlark. Together, they look over all employees, finances, marketing, design, and employee hires in order to make their company a success. Due to business growth, individuals were hired to work on specific tasks in order to continue productivity.

As principal owner, Demi is responsible for hiring staff, reviewing sales reports and finances with CFO, controling growth, stability, direction, and daily operation. Additionally she must create business plans, meet with service vendors and product suppliers, determine education and training requirements for staff.

As Designer
Salary: $116,978 + commission
Demi must make interiors functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative requirements. She must also read blueprints and be aware of building code requirements.
Our designers are responsible for searching for and bidding on new projects, determine client goals and requirements, consider how space will be used based on client needs (programming), sketch preliminary design plans, specify materials and furnishings, prepare final plans, estimate project costs, place orders and oversee install, visit project sites after completion to ensure client is satisfied.

Born and raised in Herndon, Virginia, Demi is one of the principal owners at Meadowlark. Additionally, she contributes creatively as one of our designers.
