Jenn is in charge of project development, completion, and post-occupancy evaluations.

As project manager, she is responsible for the planning, budgeting, and overseeing of documents of projects. She also must ensure projects staying on schedule, keep employees motivated, oversee conflict resolution, and focus on time manage.

As CFO
Salary: $310,364

Jenn must maintain financial, accounting, administrative, and personnel services to meet legislative requirements and municipal operations.
​
As part of her role as CFO, Jenn works on budget preparation, implementing financial policies, controlling cash flow, processing invoices from suppliers, she also ensures security for credit cards, prepares balances and income statements, enters financial data into the system, maintains ledger, prepares monthly statements, prepares quarterly reports, assists with annual audit, maintains all financial files and records, documents new employees, prepares benefit entitlement and tax forms.
Born and raised in Newark, Delaware, Jenn is the CFO at Meadowlark. Additionally, she contributes her leadership skills as our project manager.
